Thram begins 2025 season at Kennedale Speedway Park

Christopher Thram traveled to the Lonestar State over the weekend to kick off his 2025 season with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series at Kennedale Speedway Park in Kennedale, Texas.

Driving the Joel Pingeon Trucking No. 24T Sprint Car, Thram faced an early exit in his heat race but managed to recover in the Last Chance Showdown. Starting from the pole, he cruised to a 12-lap victory, securing a spot in the main event. Still adjusting to the track and his car, Thram finished 22nd in the 25-lap feature.

For the second round of the Cowtown Classic on Saturday, the Sanborn, Minnesota native earned a spot in the dash with a strong runner-up finish in his heat race. Starting seventh for the $12,000-to-win weekend finale via his dash result, Thram’s promising start to the evening was ultimately hindered by brake issues during the main event.
