Thram shows resilience during World of Outlaws weekend at Cedar Lake

After competing on home turf during the High Bank Nationals, Christopher Thram continued his stretch with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series, heading to Wisconsin for the 11th annual World of Outlaws Showdown at Cedar Lake Speedway.

Friday night ended prematurely for Thram, as he was forced to retire just two laps into the feature. However, he rebounded on Saturday with a stronger showing.

Thram secured a spot in the $12,000-to-win A-Main by finishing fifth in his heat race. In the 30-lap finale, he gained two positions to record a 13th-place finish, capping the weekend with positive momentum.
